We appreciate your time for shopping at HIGHTRAST. This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through: https://hightrast.com

HIGHTRAST is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer on the checkout page. To optimize delivery, we kindly request customers to provide an address where the order can be delivered during normal business hours.

1. HIGHTRAST SHIPPING HIGHTRAST delivers to the following countries:

  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • The European Union (all countries)
  • New Zealand
  • Canada
  • Australia

HIGHTRAST orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 8 AM - 5 PM). For security reasons, HIGHTRAST will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

2. SHIPPING COSTS The cost of shipping will be calculated and shown at checkout. HIGHTRAST offers free standard shipping on orders of US$99.00 or more (after all discounts have been applied).

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES 2 - 4 business days. Order processing will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays). Please keep in mind that processing times may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases, and promotions. (Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.)

4. SHIPPING TIMES Buyers can select different shipping options at the time of ordering:

  • Standard shipping: 7 - 15 days.
  • Express shipping: 5 - 10 days. Shipping times may vary depending on the country and place of delivery.

5. SHIPMENT TRACKING You will receive an email when your order has been processed, including the tracking details of your order. Please make sure to track your item using the provided tracking number. HIGHTRAST is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate shipping company using the tracking number for further assistance and information.

6. DELAYS HIGHTRAST is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, HIGHTRAST is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

7. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned, and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

8. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS HIGHTRAST will not take charge or make returns for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses. Please ensure you provide correct and accurate shipping addresses at the time of purchase.

9. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS HIGHTRAST recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, such as their home or place of employment. HIGHTRAST is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.

10. CUSTOMS TAX Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own country's policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this information.

11. SHIPPING COMPLETED Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment HIGHTRAST makes the product available to the buyer, as indicated by the control system used by the courier company when the order status changes to "completed or delivered."
