Our Return Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to change this Return Policy at any time.

Only refunds are made once the product has reached its destination and has been received by the buyer; no refunds are made for products that are in transit to be delivered or have not yet been delivered. Our Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, so we make returns and refunds available if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Items purchased from our website are eligible for a refund within 14 days from the date you received all the items in the same order. If it's been more than 14 days since the delivery, we regret that we cannot process a refund for your purchase. 

2. RETURN FEE We will provide customers with a pre-paid return label via email to our return processing center. Please note we will deduct a return shipping fee from the total amount of your order. Please refer to the table below for return shipping fees by country:

3. CONDITIONS OF RETURN To process your return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Email cs@hightrast.com and request a return.
  • Please include your order number in the return request email.
  • Items must be in their original condition (unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged).
  • All returns must be accompanied with your invoice as proof of purchase.
  • Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you package the product securely.
  • Original shipping costs and return shipping costs (see table above) are non-refundable.
  • NOTE: Any returned items that show clear signs of wear will automatically incur a 30% restocking fee. 

4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS We do our best to avoid any damage or defect in your products; however, if upon receipt of the product, it is defective or damaged and you need to exchange the product for the same or need a refund, please contact us through our contact information. Only in these cases will we assume the value of the shipment. In case you request a refund, the value of the shipment will also be refunded.

5. PROCESSING YOUR REFUND Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 7 days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a return confirmation email. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method, with the amount of return shipping deducted from your refund.

6. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE Undeliverable packages that are returned to us will not automatically be re-shipped. If you would like to make any changes to the delivery address, you are responsible for any re-shipping fees.
